Synopsis:

Marty Lipari's body is found dead in his apartment. Detective Montoya's service revolver turns up as the murder weapon and a half kilo of heroin is missing. Internal Affairs arrests Detective Montoya at her apartment when they find the missing heroin that was planted there.
