Synopsis:

Detective Montoya's prisoner bus is stopped by Two-Face's henchmen and she is taken to Two-Face. Josie Mac is promoted to the M.C.U. where she is partnered with Detective Allen. Josie finds the clues that lead them to Inspector Conway as setting this up for Two-Face.
