- Synopsis:
- During a meeting between the Mayor and Commissioner Akins the Mayor is killed by a sniper. Later, Superintendant Purnell is killed by a sniper along with one of the cops investigating the shooting. The Joker is on the loose and the M.C.U. is forced to turn on the Bat-Signal.
