Synopsis
Eons ago, the Elders of Apsu came to Earth to set up colonies in secluded areas. Soon they would be mistaken for deities by the local human populations. When the Elders finally decided to leave Earth, they left behind special coins imbued with their powers. In the present day, the coins are discovered by Prof. Clive Arno and a man named Krellik. Krellik attempts to steal the coins, but he is unable to because he is deemed unworthy.

Synopsis
Krellik is drawn to one coin created by the god of evil, which bestows its power upon him. Clive Arno uses the other coins to fight evil as Captain Action. He is joined by his son, Carl, who calls himself Action Boy. Krellik is certain that with the evil coin in his possession, he will finally have the power to steal the remaining coins.
