Synopsis
When Dr. Emerson discovers an alien menace that will absorb all the water on Earth, he mentally reaches out to Green Lantern, trying to control his mind and bring him to solve the problem. When that doesn't work, he creates a duplicate of his former villainous alter-ago, Dr. Polaris, but cannot control that either, now leaving Green Lantern with two major problems.
