- Synopsis:
- Jesus chases Miguel into an abandoned building looking to hurt him. They stumble into an old unused hide-out of Dr. Alchemy. Miguel accidentally knocks some chemicals over, starting a strange reaction. Cop Andy Kelly rescues the kids but is badly burned in the process. Detectives Allen and Montoya begin their investigation.
