Previous indexer credited Don Perlin on pencils, but Perlin stated: "I never drew a Phantom story for Charlton, only the filler stories that accompanied them."
Later, art-spotter Martin O'Hearn (at http://martinohearn.blogspot.com/2021/09/a-trapani-ghost-on-ghost-who-walk…) attributed the pencils to José Delbo.
At http://martinohearn.blogspot.com/2021/09/a-trapani-ghost-on-ghost-who-walk…, script-spotter Martin O'Hearn attributes the script to Pat Fortunato. As Fortunato is not known to have worked for Charlton otherwise, the script was presumably written while King was publishing The Phantom.
