This story runs for one quarter page, sharing page space with the Heckle and Jeckle Text story "Mud Pie a la Watchdog" that runs 1 3/4 pages - for a combined total of two pages.
The character in this story who "takes an unconventional approach to things" is named "Willie". No additional name or physical appearance (species, dog, cat, etc.?) information is offered. But we can infer that it may very well be "Wacky Willie", a mainstay of the previous iteration of the Terry-Toons title published by Timely (1942-1947). If so, this might be the only appearance of the "Wacky Willie" in the St. John run... or any subsequent Terry licensed publisher.
...Or it could even be "Willie the watchdog" from the associated Heckle and Jeckle Text story.
There is no illustration to go with this story.
