Raab is credited to Hillman crime stories 1948-49 by Jerry Bails' Who's Who, and this artwork is identical to his signed work in Western Fighters #v1-12 "The Man With the Whip". Just look at the peculiar fish eyes and bulging foreheads. The inking can remind a little of Frank Robbins.

Other clues are the long downward wrinkle lines on the upper arm of suits, and much black inside the ears and at the corner of the mouth when smiling.
