Groggy from the time he wakes, Richie tries to nap at various points all day, but several distractions keep him from sleeping. Finally, he has to don a football uniform and play in the game, making the winning touchdown - drowsy all the while. At home he collapses into bed, where his father thinks he has been lazily sleeping all day.
