Art originally credited to W. G. Hargis, but the long, narrow heads, long upper torso, and also the form of the females are all signs of Zolnerowich. Compare his signed covers of Real Clue Crime Stories Comics #83, 84, 61, and "Terry Thunder" in Jungle Comics #108, 109.
Hargis has much smaller chin and jawlines, compare signed "Inspector Denver" stories in Police Comics #108 and 116.
