Synopsis:

Little Archie and his friends crash-land on an island inhabited by Little Archie's old enemies Mad Doctor Doom and Chester, who plan to use a metallic fire-breathing dragon to rob banks in Riverdale.

Indexer Notes

The first appearance of Mad Doctor Doom and Chester since the '60s, and the only Mad Doctor Doom story by Dexter Taylor (Bob Bolling, who created the characters, usually handled their return appearances after this). Their return appearance may have been influenced by the then-recent launch of the Little Archie digest, which reprinted the original Mad Doctor Doom stories for a new generation of readers.
