Previous indexer credited pencils to Dan DeCarlo, but the style is much more in keeping with Joe Edwards. Throughout the 1970s, almost all Archie advice columns were the work of Joe Edwards on pencils, inks and letters, with his wife Eda handling the advice (as per interview with Eda Edwards in Alter Ego (Twomorrows Publishing, 1999 series).
