Synopsis
Jack Frost's designs on window panes don't impress people any more, so he decides to commit suicide. Cosmo Cat (who has a Suicide Detector) rescues him and helps the mystical artist "paint" in color. This still isn't successful until Jack Frost changes his subject matter from abstract art to comic book panels.
