Synopsis
After a near-miss hit-and-run incident with a motorcycle, pedestrian Bullwinkle decides to join a motorcycle club... despite having no motorcycle. The club lends him a bike but, unfortunately, it's one with an inexhaustible and explosive experimental fuel formula invented by Doc. Boris and Natasha's orders are to swipe the motorcycle containing the fuel, but Bullwinkle is riding it - and he's out of control.
Rocky and Bullwinkle have made arrangements to meet at the rocketship.
