- Richie Rich; Cadbury; Professor Keenbean; unnamed crook; Tom; unnamed security guard; Reggie Van Dough
- Synopsis
- Richie and Cadbury observe a strange cloud that they think has been created by a weather making device invented by Professor Keenbean. It seems to have an intelligence of its own, blowing money away, hiding the money in a fog and then using lightning to keep people from it. Richie suspects Reggie of being involved, but Reggie is as perplexed by it as everyone else. The Professor then tells them that the device they thought responsible does not control weather. So who or what is making the cloud behave this way?
Story continues in "Cloudy Capers", later in this issue.
