Synopsis
The new Richville Bank opens, with state-of-the-art security features. A gang of bank robbers hide in the planters and suddenly pop up with guns to hold up the bank. Richie presses the alarm, which raises the entire building on a massive hydraulic lift, trapping the robbers in a huge net when they try to leave.
