Synopsis
Donna resigns as nursemaid for Parker’s son Teddy, even though Parker offers to divorce his wife and marry her. Parker asks her to temporarily keep the child on her family farm to prevent his estranged wife from finding him. Donna and neighboring farmer Arnie fall in love. Parker claims Donna was a gold-digger after his money: Arnie punches him.
Arline is hired as the social secretary for wealthy Mrs. Chapman, who mistakes her for the daughter of a deceased high-society acquaintance. Arline doesn’t correct the error because she is attracted to Mrs. Chapman’s handsome son Sutton. Sutton and Arline fall in love but his ex-girlfriend exposes the truth, that Arline's father owns a junk shop. Arline flees but Sutton tracks her down and says he still loves her.

Synopsis
Bonnie and Shep use the old mansion she inherited to host weddings and receptions. Bonnie goes to Hawaii on vacation but is bored until she meets Chick. They fall in love, but Chick suddenly departs, and Shep writes to tell Bonnie that Chick's a new client. When she gets home, Bonnie learns Chick has broken his engagement to Charlene because he loves Bonnie: Bonnie and Chick will marry.

Synopsis
Mary is engaged to Stan but is an incurable flirt. Mary goes out with Reggie in Stan’s absence, but insists she still loves Stan and rejects Reggie’s romantic advances. When the nightclub they’re visiting catches fire, Reggie and Mary agree to conceal the fact that they were there. After Reggie is blamed for accidentally causing the blaze, he asks Mary to clear his name. She initially refuses, then admits the truth. Stan breaks up with Mary, but they later reconcile.
