Synopsis
Elvira travels to Africa to meet up with anthropologist Diane Duall. Their jeep explodes deep in the jungle, but they carry on traveling by riding komodo dragons. Eventually Elvira (dressed in "jungle girl" garb) and Diane uncover secret lair of Silent Q and W.H.I.S.P.E.R. who are experimenting to change jungle creatures into half man/half animal beings. With the aid of a native tribe, the creatures are released from their cages but Silent Q escapes. On her flight back to the U.S.A., the pilot reveals himself to be Silent Q and holds Elvira at gunpoint.
