Synopsis
Elvira becomes an on-the-spot reporter investigating unnatural phenomenons when the lost city of Altoonis rises from the sea. Elvira goes to investigate, first with the aid of airhead Dogma York-Sargant, and then on a ship commanded by Kap'n Krisp. Far out at sea they are attacked by jet fighters, then sea monsters.
