Synopsis:
Once a member of The Pharaoh's Elite Guard on the Earth of another dimension, scientist Chefren Ra escaped to Earth and took steps to cover his tracks to prevent The Pharaoh's armies from conquering his new home. Using technology he brought with him to amass a huge fortune, "Peter Chefren" became a philanthropist, and in addition, the superhero "The Sphinx" (wearing the uniform of the very people he left behind). When an industrial spy inadvertently causes one of the Elite Guard soldiers to find him, The Sphinx is forced to abandon his new life to insure the safety of everyone else. His business partner, Allison Kane, winds up taking up the mantle he left behind by becoming the new Sphinx.
