Joe Rubinstein is credited as an inker for this issue in the letters page of Spider-Man [Marvel, 1990 series] # 66 (march 1996). I quote
"It seems that your beleaguered editorial staff neglected to include a credit for Joltin' Joe Rubinstein in Scarlet Spider #2. Joe pitched in on the inks to save us all from the dreaded Schedule Monster, and did what we feel is a stellar job. (...)"
