Synopsis
When Fonzie wins the $100,000 grand prize in a contest, his life suddenly becomes very complicated. He solves his problem by donating $50,000 to Panama State Park and $49,980 to establish the Arthur Fonzarelli College of Mechanical Knowledge. He keeps $20 for a new comb and a night on the town.

Synopsis
Marion asks Fonzie for his help. Howard will turn 50 in one more day, and he is feeling very old. The next day, Fonzie throws a surprise party for Howard at Arnold's. Howard receives the attention of many young girls, making him feel young again.
