- Chuck Clayton; Archie Andrews; Jughead Jones; Veronica Lodge; Hiram Lodge; Betty Cooper; Bethany; Mr. Dalyrimple (Bethany's father); Smithers; Cameos: Capp; Dilton Doiley; Geraldine Grundy
- Synopsis:
- When Archie realizes that Bethany is at Veronica's house, he plans to still meet her there. Bethany's father is a wig maker and Bethany's rad hair style is just a wig. Chuck then gets his inspiration: a comic starring Archie and his comedic escapades.
The opening panel shows Archie as Dracula, Garfield the Cat (with Jughead as Odie), The Incredible Hulk, as the star of a romance book (done in a realistic art style with Betty Cooper as his love interest), and as a science fiction hero, complete with ray gun, rocket pack and glass oxygen helmet.
