Indexer Notes

Carl Pfeufer is credited on both pencils and ink on westerns for Fawcett by Jerry Bails' Who's Who. He is also credited on Tom Mix by Boyd Magers, and the art here is identical to the Mix story in Western Hero #105 credited to Pfeufer. Pfeufer did work on Don Winslow Comics, and the faces and inking is similar.
John Jordan is by some credited on inking the Pfeufer's work, but his signed art in Target Comics do not match this Monte Hale story. So most probably Pfeufer did all the work here. This goes for all the Monte Hale stories in this issue.
