Frank is credited to Gabby Hayes by Jerry Bails' Who's Who, and he also drew Captain Midnight in the 40's. He has some peculiar faces with long eyebrows, wrinkling nose and a very small round mouth, and folds in clothing is very scribbly with many short lines, as if there is nobody inside.
