Indexer Notes

Cover art credits confirmed from Julius Schwartz's editorial records, provided by DC Comics; original indexer credited the inks to Dick Giordano. Alan Kupperberg revealed in an interview with Daniel Best that he pencilled the Batman head in the left border on a lark and Neal Adams inked it. The rest of the heads are stock shots pasted in later. The Kupperberg-Adams Batman head was subsequently used on other covers.
