Synopsis:

Bat Lash, Biff Bradley and Enemy Ace form an unlikely group as they are sent by the U.S. & Chinese governments to retrieve two ancient swords on Dragon Island, but have to contend with Miss Fear, Mao Tse-Tung and Vandal Savage who are after the same items.

Indexer Notes

The Chop-Chop character that appears here is possibly not the Chop-Chop [Weng Chan] of the Blackhawks because of the time period and the age difference between the two. The Dragon Island that is in this story becomes Dinosaur Island later in the DC universe.
