Thomase, and Jerry Jones; opening and closing notes from Roy Thomas (?). Letter column response reveals that it was Roy Thomas who suggested putting "Stan Lee Presents" on page one, following Stan's departure as scripter of the Fantastic Four. "Stan Lee Presents" first appears in FF #126.
