Parody superhero characters include Bugman (Batman), Superbman (Superman), Treat Man (Super Sentai), Bulk (Hulk), Chef of the North Star (Hokuto no Ken) and unnamed parodies of Wolverine, Thor, Punisher, Captain America, Cyclops, Spider-Man, Kamen Rider, Optimus Prime, Firestorm, Iron Man, and Devilman, among many others. Flugerville characters are parodies of the Archie Comics gang who first appeared in a cameo in Ninja High School (Antarctic Press, 1987 series) #3 (August 1987).
