- Synopsis
- Ivy and Paul are each jilted by their prospective mates, and each decides to get away for a while. They wind up in a double cottage and begin to feud with each other. However, a flood strikes and they’re stranded together on the cottage’s roof. They learn each other’s stories, and Paul scares off a bear that swims up. By the time they’re rescued, Paul and Ivy are in love.

- Synopsis
- Home for summer vacation, college student Lucy falls in love with Dan, but her jealousy and temper cause trouble between them. When one of her impetuous stunts damages Dan’s charter boat before the annual Tuna Derby, Lucy offers her boat as a substitute. Dan’s client Sandra is rude to Lucy but Lucy refrains from responding. Back on shore, Dan praises Lucy and she says she’s changed. They reconcile.

- Synopsis

Linda tells her mother “all I want to do is cook and sew and clean house and bring up children” and she wants to marry Hal. Her parents understand, and Lucy and Hal will be happy.
