He goes to buy some shirts and argues with the sales clerk over what size collar he should be wearing. The clerk tells him that if his collar is too tight it will make him feel all choked up and he'll start seeing spots before his eyes. Mr. Weatherbee leaves the store laughing because those were the symptoms he was experiencing.
