Synopsis
Clark tries out a Green Lantern ring, brought to him by Green Lantern and Hawkgirl. Clark says he'll think about using it. The Prankster runs pranks throughout Metropolis, and Green Lantern and Hawkgirl respond. Meantime, the Flea Circus free the Kryptonite Man from Stryker's Island, bringing him to Luthor. With the Prankster's distraction complete, he escapes capture. Luthor and Toyman incapacitate Metallo, and take out his kryptonite heart, adding it to more kryptonite they've collected.

Indexer Notes

Story continued from Action Comics (1938 series) #837 and continues in Action Comics (1938 series) #838. The table that Metallo is laid out on is an homage to the kids game "Operation".
