"I don't agree, but I don't see any Roussos in this either. Compare his thick inks on Batman around this date, and his layout style on, say, Air Wave. The layouts here are almost too good to be Roussos. Page 9, panel 2 is superb, and unlike anything I've ever seen by him in either Golden or Silver Ages."
