Issue Notes

First printing circa 1969 has no copyright information. Second through fourth printings have copyright information at bottom on inside front cover. Second printing 1971. Third printing 1972. Fourth printing 1973. Apparently no differences between second and fourth printings. Fifth printing 1976 and probably $0.60 cover price. Sixth printing 1979 and probably $0.75 cover price.

Version with $0.50 cover price and "©1970 R. Crumb" on bottom on inside front cover exists; unclear how this fits into above printing history.
