Emma comes down hard on the kids and pits most of the remaining students with powers against each other. Only the six left standing are allowed to continue training as X-Men and Emma makes Surge their new leader. Most of the kids who lost their powers on M-Day are put on a bus and sent home. As the bus is pulling away, however, a missile blows it up.
