Synopsis
Reggie is standing outside Pop's with an ice cream cone. As Jughead walks up, Reggie tells him that he's waiting for his date on that corner. Jughead points to a girl and asks if that's her in the yellow dress. While Reggie is looking and telling Jughead that it isn't her, Jughead takes a bit of Reggie's ice cream cone, then asks if that's her by the bus. Reggie says no, that isn't her, and tells Jughead "Boy are you DUMB!". Jughead, having finished the ice cream, walks off wiping his mouth with a handkerchief and says "Not half as dumb as somebody I know!"
