While on a mission underground Deathlok runs into Godwulf. He transports Deathlok away which results in the cybernetic unit that the CIA has been monitoring as showing that Deathlok is dead. Since Luther Manning III thinks that Deathlok is dead he stops the Deathlok transcripts and Teresa Devereaux shuts down the CIA operation.

Items about how the secret number 100 Marvel Value Stamp for series two comes out this month in honor of the second annual MarvelCon and we should thank Paty for conceiving the idea for the second set of stamps, Captain America's 52 page Annual by Jack Kirby is on sale now, Doug Moench and Keith Pollard's Master of Kung Fu Annual is also on sale now, Jim Shooter is replacing Chris Claremont as an editor as Chris is now a free-lance writer on Iron Fist, The X-Men, Black Goliath, Daredevil (giving Marv Wolfman a much needed break) and the upcoming Luke Cage, Power Man Annual, Roger Stern is replacing Irene Vartanoff as Reprint Editor and Irene is moving up to Reprint Production Manager, Larry Hama is no longer drawing Ka-Zar because he has three roles in the newest Broadway smash, Pacific Overtures now appearing at The Winter Garden in New York, welcome back to Larry Lieber who is the art director for Spidey Super Stories, Steve Englehart is working on a new series that is like (or is based on) The Prisoner, The Invaders is going monthly this summer, Nova (Marv Wolfman's new brainchild) will start out as a monthly and Ikaris, who was mentioned last month is the newest Kirby Kreation and the first appearance of his book The Eternals is on sale this month. Includes a small picture of Captain America [Steve Rogers] and Shang-Chi.
