Synopsis
Faced with mass murders occurring in Suicide Slum, a wealthy philanthropist offers to conduct an experiment in "environmental change" by putting the Legion members up in his home in plush surroundings. But the Guardian discovers Mr. Masterson's efforts are actually a front to get the boys out of the way so they could commit their crimes.
