Though thought by some to be available only at the New York World's Fair, Karl Wilcox and Michael Frank report purchasing copies through newsstand distribution in 1964.

The book was "published" by JW Books, Inc., a Subsidiary of Warren Publishing (Creepy, Eerie), who was the Official Licensee by appointment of New York World's Fair 1964-1965 Corporation, for comic books. Synopsis:
