Synopsis
In Detroit is de politie geprivatiseerd. Het ordehandhavingsbedrijf wil besparen door politiemensen te vervangen door mens/machine hybrides. Een test met een proefmodel geeft aanvankelijk uitstekende resultaten. Maar daarna beginnen er herinneringen terug te komen, en uiteindelijk keert de mens/machine zich tegen de leiding van het bedrijf.
