Synopsis:
After reading an article in "Clamor" magazine, that makes the Flash seem less than a hero, the Scarlet Speedster decides to retire. Suddenly, crime runs rampant, believing that they have nothing to fear.....that is until Muscleman appears on the scene.

Synopsis:
