Indexer Notes

Ed Hannigan is credited third under cover artists. Known for providing cover sketches that other artists finish, he did indeed do at least one sketch for this first issue. However, the one sketch this indexer was able to find had nothing in common with the finished art. He likely did more than one though, so his credit is probable if not confirmed.
