Indexer Notes

Cat and mouse appear to have later been named Nat and Gus, and they are used in other utility company booklets by The Culver Company in 2006, such as "My Nat and Gus Natural Gas Activity Book" and "Your Natural Gas Activity Book." Final page is on back cover.
