Synopsis:
Barry hasn't been attentive to his wife because Flash has trouble keeping up with the Clown, who blames him, the governor, the mayor and the president of Consolidated Power for his family's death during a blackout a year ago. Experiments continue with Clive and Professor Nephron, and the bearded man keeps checking out Barry's lab.
