Synopsis
A crook dressed like the Black Hood succeeds in besmirching the hero's name in a series of successful robberies. But when the Black Hood battles the thug, the doppelgänger falls into a deep pit. There, he discovers a machine that will grant his fondest wish. With that, the crook becomes the Mad Gadgeteer with one thing on his mind -- revenge against the Black Hood.

Synopsis
A businessman bigoted against robots tries to make a deal to tap the resources of a planet rich in exploding pools of radioactive oil. The natives refuse to sell their oil, since they are robots and it is too vital to them.
A scientist builds an ultimate bomb and plans to use it to hold the world hostage. He hides it in a room believed haunted, but when he goes to give his ultimatum to the UN he realizes that he is now a ghost.
A man who hates robots refuses to have a robot pilot his flight to the moon, and insists on a human pilot. The flight gets in trouble and the pilot, really a humanoid robot, saves his life.
A criminal hides from the police in an old Egyptian tomb, ignoring the warning of a curse. He not only escapes the police, but has a run of luck that makes him rich and happy. Or so he thinks, as the gas in the tomb drove him mad and he is delusional in an Egyptian hospital.

Synopsis
A private detective humours a man who says he saw a flying saucer with an investigation, but he convinces the man it is pointless. He feels bad for his harsh words, but reports back to Mars that suspicion of their invasion has been averted.
A man in 2087 robs a payroll and flees to a primitive world to avoid detection by his electric wrist band. Once he arrives he realizes that the people there are a fraction of the size of humans, and so he can be easily found.
