Synopsis
When Mr. X returns to his hideout, some of the crooks he challenged to a bet begin to deride him for not stopping the Crimson Avenger, Star-Spangled Kid, and the Vigilante. However, Mr. X is sure of stopping the Shining Knight, so the criminal who stands to lose $10,000 if that happens, pens a letter to the Knight warning him of Mr. X's plans.
