Bails indicates "Everett Raymond" is a pseudonym for Everett Raymond Kinstler, so it is possible "E. Raymond" refers to him.

This indexer is correct. The bold lines and, in particular, the shadow to the bottom side of the nose in full face are characteristic of Kinstler's work throughout his career.
