Synopsis:

Brock Jones moves his family to the quiet town of Clairton to get away from the Rocketeers who are after his alter ego, the Torpedo; Brock observes Rom flying over the city and mistakes him for an enemy; Rom battles the Torpedo but the two come to an understanding and Rom asks the new hero in town to help in his battle against the Dire Wraiths.
