Synopsis
Sister Superior gathers the final people she will need for the Justice League Elite operation, bringing Green Arrow and Naif al-Sheikh on board. They then set about infiltrating the Blood Brothers, a notorious group of assassins. Disguised as Deathstroke, Vera manages to win a place in the group along with Kasumi.

Synopsis
'Deathstroke' and Kasumi are given their assignment by the Blood Brothers. Joined by Wolfwood, they set out after Richard Atwa, a man some members of the JLE think would be better off dead. The Blood Brothers have gained intel that Atwa is in Changsha, a nation bordering Cambodia. The JLE are to ensure that the assassination attempt is unsuccessful and to avoid any loss of innocent life. Backed by the covert team, the supposed assassins enter Changsha, where they learn that the actual goal of the Blood Brothers' mission is total genocide, as a deterrent for further terrorist activity.

Synopsis
As Sister Superior fights Wolfwood, the rest of the JLE try to ensure that no-one dies in Changsha. Kasumi is injured by one of the Blood Brothers, Manitou Raven engages the other and Coldcast revives the unconscious soldiers. The assassins are captured and terrorist target, Richard Atwa is taken into custody. Unfortunately, as Sister Superior blacks out for a moment, Hi-Shan Bhat, the president of Changsha is killed.

Synopsis
